Interested in total-body fitness and natural movement, Greg makes use of kettlebells, medicine balls, sandbags, dumbbells and bodyweight in his workouts and focuses on functional exercises using unique and challenging routines.

combines practical, effective workouts with sound
nutrition and lifestyle habits. He's used the
system to successfully overcome his own past health
challenges, and now helps others transform their
own lives, regardless of age or physical condition.
